We operate fully loaded Freightliner Trucks in our fleet that get updated and/or replaced yearly. J&H listens to drivers and adds the features YOU want!
As we replace and add equipment yearly, we consider these items and spec trucks with driver comfort in mind. Current models have upgraded seats, dual bunks, bunk windows both sides, storage both sides, power inverters, APU units, refrigerators and more.
50 cents per mile, 1 cpm on anniversary. Starting dry van pay is 50 cents per mile and top pay scale category is 58 cents per mile on all miles, loaded and empty.
52 cpm, 1 cpm on anniversary. Starting refrigerated pay is 53 cents per mile and top pay scale category is 61 cents per mile on all miles, loaded and empty.
Monthly mileage bonus @ 11000 miles: 3 cents per mile, pd 2nd week of following month
Monthly Safety bonus @ 9000 miles: 1 cents per mile, pd last week of following month
Per Diem: eligible for all company drivers. Approximately 3 cents per mile through tax savings
We have transitioned to a performance-based pay scale. This is evaluated quarterly, based on the total miles from the previous quarter. New hires can potentially reach the top pay category within three months.
Extra over 1 pickup and 1 stop: $25.00
2 hrs free: $25/hr, maximum $250 per day
Does not apply when driver is out of hours to drive
3 Cents Per Mile (.03)
(Drivers achieving 11000 miles calculated by delivery dates, And 95% on time deliveries during the month)
Earn A Quarterly Safety Bonus of 1 cent per mile on ALL miles, loaded and empty!
100% no touch freight – we pay lumpers if applicable.
1 week paid after 1 year and a minimum of 114000 miles
2 weeks paid after 3 years and a minimum of 11400 miles
Each year thereafter drivers will receive 2 weeks paid vacation on their anniversary date, as long as they have at least 114,000 miles from the previous year
